Congrats to our President Atis Strenga

As we approach the date of the proclamation of Latvian independence, Chapter of Orders has decided  to make the Three Stars award for 24 persons. Among the winners are the Latvian Luge Federation president - Atis Strenga, Order about the Three Stars, V Class.
