Ice time in Alternberg: Latvian Luge junior team ready for World Cup season.

This week will start World cup competitions for Juniors and Youth in Altenberg, Germany. Latvian squad is following: Mitkus Alise Evelīna, Putins Kristens, Aparjode Kendija, Aparjods Kristers, Matuzels Kārlis Krišs, Rozītis Riks Kristens. Athletes are prepared by coaching staff Aiva Aparjode and Aivars Kalniņš who will be travelling with athletes all season long. 

As reported earlier Latvian team already had International training week in this track. Our team has certain privileges and track should be familiar. Instead of getting to know the track young athletes will put all efforts to fix all mistakes which popped up during the training week. 

Competitions will start on friday 29th November. During the week will be official trainng sessions for athletes.

World cup  is in 6 stages one of them will take place in Sigulda, Latvia (06.01.2014 - 11.01.2014).
