Kristers Aparjods wins gold medal in Germany

With a two run total time of 1 minute 42,630 seconds the fastes wast Kristers, leaving behind two German athletes - Markus Schwab and Hummer Markus.

Second our athele in age group A youth Edgars Karnītis in his first international competitions outside the Latvia this season, with a a two run total of 1 minute 49,927 seconds ranked 27th.

In A youth age group for girls, the best of the Latvian team was Kendija Aparjode, which showed a two run total time of 1 minute 37,089 seconds and ranked 12th. Anda Upīte, which also had the first race outside hometrack this season, showed time of 1minute 38,987 and this was 25th palce. Race winner Hufnagl Victoria from Germany showed a teo run total time of 1minute 34,743 seconds.

In doubles competition for juniors, Latvian team Kristens Putins / Kārlis Krišs Matuzels finished in 10th place. Tomorrow is the race for juniors, Riks Kristens Rozītis and Alise Evelīna Mitkus .
